1996 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon This is a GREAT car. Zero rust, the underbody of this car looks brand new, literally, it's like the original-California owners never even drove it in what little rain they get out there. I bought this and one other Roadmaster last year with project plans to build a hot-rod wagon out of it. I've since moved on to other projects, and now, reluctantly need to move the car after the last one (a blue one listed earlier) moved quick here on here. This car has reasonable miles at 85k, but don't let that fool you - underneath it looks better than most cars with less than 1/2 those miles. What really stands out is the condition of the frame, chassis, and everything you generally don't see. There is just no rust. No surface rust. No corrosion. No nothing. It is really impressive in the engine bay, and underneath. This car appears to have been sold in California and remained there or at least somewhere there is basically no moisture through it's whole life. I really can't speak to how good the undercarriage looks, and I live in North Carolina, not exactly a bad climate -- this thing looks like it just rolled off the assembly line underneath. The body and paintwork show well, with some small dents and dings here and there. It's clear this car was probably owned and driven by an older person. The faux-wood looks original and has random blemishes throughout though is in good shape for 22+ year old vinyl, the original trim looks decent too, with some repair of it on the passenger side fender (see photo again). The original wheels look great, minimal clean coat peeling and don't appear to have any major rash over their long life, see photos. Hard to photo with the fake-wood, but there is a ding in the tail gate on the passenger side running over to the right rear fender and this encompasses the biggest body blemish I can highlight. Send me a message if you'd like details or my best photos. The glasswork unlike most GMs of this vintage has absolutely NO de-lamination present, the glasswork looks brand new frankly. The interior is WAY above average and looks great, better than most cars with 1/2 these miles. No cracks in the dash, no funny smells, no nothing - it looks really good. The seats in this car are super comfortable. The electrics seem to all work, and the car starts and runs good. The tires on this car are 100% NEW on the REAR and 60-70% tread life remaining on the front end end. The air conditioning blows ice cold and the radio sounds great. This car is GOOD to drive home and in nice shape. Really, the interior and undercarriage/frame are better than most 25K cars: The only three things I need to highlight for you. 1) I dont have remotes for this car but can throw in some from my spare parts basket that need programming, if you ask. 2) I see minor dent/ding damage in the tailgate and probably some paint work on the passenger fender. I don't see any underlying damage (THE UNDERcarriage is so clean you could eat off it!) but it's clear the prior owner probably had a little trouble here and there maneuvering this 20ft beast. 3) The passenger side mirror glass fell off, I have a replacement complete mirror in the floorboard to bolt on - This car is really nice, and if you're looking for one to buy now and drive home this is it. It runs, starts, rides, drives and feels great. Yes, you can come get this one and drive it home, it's that good. Yes, its still 22+ years old and something will be wrong with it, but man .. this one is nice! Buick wagons are hard to find! Lets make a deal. CLEAN North Carolina title IN HAND!

Up for sale is my Grandma's Original Owner 1996 Buick Roadmaster Collector's Edition. Bought brand new when she fell in love with it in the dealer showroom. She has been the proud owner of this Gem which has been transporting her around Frankfort, IL ever since. This car has been daily / weekly driven ever since purchasing! Never been stored or restored - true Survivor Car!!Car is currently nearing 74,000 miles and 95% original. Car is still driven regularly so mileage will go up some. Really hate to see this car go but have some medical bills we need to cover after her passing. I hope someone will enjoy this car as much as she and our family has. Comes with every service receipt / repair of the 22 years of existence AND original window sticker. Engine / Drivetrain: Car is equipped with GM's bulletproof LT1 engine which runs flawless!! That's right, this car shares the same engine as the Corvette during these years. Rated at 260 hp, the LT1 pushes this car effortlessly down the road. Accelerates great and cruises awesome! Buick always claimed their ride / comfort was second to none - and you will believe it when behind the wheel of this baby! Car is rated at 17MPG city and 26 MPG Highway which is impressive for weighing in at nearly 4300lbs!Car always received proper maintenance. The stack of receipts and repairs shows this. With my grandparents being older and the Roadmaster their only vehicle - they dotted every I and crossed every T to keep it in tip top shape. Once my grandma widowed in 2006 - she would take the car in yearly for "thorough inspection / maintenance" to ensure the car would make yearly trip to Michigan to visit family. Over the course of the last 12 years, the car averaged roughly 1000 miles a year - but still received yearly oil changes / maintenance. The car runs as if it just left the factory yesterday. Since I obtained the car (I'm her grandson), car has had coolant flushed and a tune up completed. Tune up included new Opti-Spark Distributor, Coil Pack, ICM (Ignition Control Module), Plugs and wires. Engine runs smooth with no odd noises of any kind. Transmission shifts smooth and crisp through all gears. No clunks or noise of any kind through engine, transmission, driveshaft or rear end! Would trust this car to be driven anywhere! I also have a new fuel pump for the car which I acquired from a friend who has Impala SS. He has no use for it so passed it along to me. Car does not need fuel pump currently but including it with the car as I don't need it. The shop performing maintenance has indicated the rear output shaft seal and oil pan is leaking oil. I believe this is true as I get a drop under engine / trans every couple days. This is a minor leak and doesn't need to be addressed immediately. (Shop has been making this comment on receipts for 4-5 years) They were managing funds and didn't have $$ to make this repair which wasn't necessarily needed for the cars reliability.Suspension / Chassis: Although this car live in North - Eastern IL it's entire life, the car was driven minimally in winter. My grandparents would make necessary trips to the store (Jewel-Osco) on nice days to acquire groceries. The car was always kept in temperature-controlled garage so any snow / ice always melted off. Over the 6-8 years, my grandma did MAYBE 100 miles of winter driving yearly. The suspension is all original and very sound. Again, no clunks or rattles when going over bumps, steering, braking, etc. I have inspected all bushings, ball joints, tie rods, hubs, etc. and everything looks great. Driving the car supports this. I had taken all the wheels off and wire-brushed the entire frame and underside of the car. There was some minor surface rust that I knocked off and then painted everything. I don't have a lift but got 90% of everything I could get from working on jack stands. Everything underneath the car looks great as the picture show! Could turn this into a show car and be packing your rooms with trophy's!Brakes/ Tires: The brakes on the car are wonderful! Major stopping power with lots of pad life and rotors look great! I believe the pads were replaced but the rotors I'm quite sure are original. All brake lines are in great shape with no leaks. The tires are original as no paper-work shows these being replaced. Being stored in temperature-controlled garage without windows - the tires are in incredible shape! I have driven the car about 700 miles since acquiring in June and have had no concerns. Although - they should be addressed in the near-ish future if you plan to drive the car 15,000 miles a year. Just preventative measure. Body: The body on the car is in great shape. I would rate it a 9/10 for the cars age. Chicago has tight parking and there are a few (would say about 6) dents in the body along rear quarter panels. A paintless dent removal place could pull these easily! The chrome trim and rubber have some minor scuffs here and there from opening doors in tight spots as well. You must be within 1-2 feet of the car to notice any blemishes. The car was backed into when in parking lot which suffered a minor wrinkle in the rear tailgate. Pictures show the damage. Tail Gate still opens and closes properly in either configuration. There is also some very minor surface rust around the rear wheel wells, but this is VERY minor. Can be wire brushed and touched up easily - still very solid and structural!Interior: I would also give the interior a 9/10. The leather seats are in great shape and very comfortable to sit in for any type of driving. The seats make this car the ultimate road trip master! There are a couple very minor blemishes to the headliner and carpet. I will gladly provide additional pictures. The blemishes are very subtle for a car this age. Car has original floor mats which have additional mats over them. Hardly any stains or signs of wear / tear on any interior items. All power options work as they should, including power windows, locks, AC, Heat, Radio (antenna stays up, should power up/down with key), Wipers (including rear), etc. The power passenger seat doesn't want to move forward. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I can provide pictures of anything you request. I am a very honest seller as this description probably resembles. I want people to know EXACTLY what they are getting with no surprises. Car has Clean and Clear Illinois Title! I have nearly 125 pictures of this car. If you want additional pictures, please don't hesitate to ask! Thanks for looking!

1993 Buick Roadmaster ESTATE 1993 BUICK ROADMASTER ESTATE WAGON

1993 Buick RoadmasterVIN: 1G4BR837XPW407204Listing Date: 2018/10/08
Price: $XX,750.0Mileage: XX,000Location: Manchester,NH,USA

Here is a 1993 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon at 25 years old and achieving antique status for sale in beautiful condition. No rust, paint is flawless and interior is clean and free of tears, major stains or damage, well cared for and garaged. Low, low miles, less than 53,000. Very desirable color combination. It stands out and brings many compliments. I am downsizing and need to sell this outstanding vehicle to someone who will appreciate it. I removed most of the rubber from the side panel trim to prevent them falling off, so the buyer will have to strip them and reapply. Other than that, there is little to do and it can be driven anywhere. This is my eighth and final Roadmaster Wagon. My first was a 92 and since then, I have owned 3 1993's, 1 1994, and 3 1995's, all of which are exempt from emissions testing at least in my state. The advantages to the 92 and 93 models are these have full instrumentation in the dash and that the repair cost for a tune up is a fraction of the cost for the following model years. Those years had the LT1 Corvette engine and the OEM distributor alone retails from $500 to $700 and that is located directly below the water pump, so both are recommended to be replaced. The LT1 has more power, but the 5.7 in the 92 and 93 is more than adequete. It is sold as is as found. The paint is much like it was delivered new. All options work as they should. The transmission shifts flawlessly and the engine hums beautifully. Tires have more than 50% tread and the interior is in excellent condition. This has one item I have never seen before on previous wagons....an OEM carpet saver in the cargo area custom fit to the exact dimensions of that space. Don't miss this one!
